With weekly fresh deliveries of delicious locally grown fruit & vegetables from Kelly Brothers Farm, I have been starting my days with nutrient-packed green smoothies. This recipe is one of my current favourites...

Recipe | Blend two bananas, a mango, 1 tsp maca powder, handful of kale, handful of spinach, a couple of bok choy leaves, 1 cup coconut water, ice.
